Lose weight - Exercise more - Travel more - Stop an addictive habit - Practice mindfulness - Be more attentive - Find another job - Quit a job - Start a business

If you did make resolutions this first month of 2023, I hope you are focused on following through on your commitments. Keep track by writing notes about your progress. This may encourage success. 

For those who may be like me, I stopped making resolutions a long time ago. By the third week, I had already failed; then started again, stopped, and just got frustrated. But, I kept trying. I was trying not to disappoint ME

But sometimes it is not about ME. I am reminded about the people around me, close to me: family, friends, colleagues, church family and those who do not know me. Perhaps you, the readers of this newsletter. I am reminded that I must be a good example and encouraging. Is this even relevant, you may ask.
